In the event that you experience difficulty with any of our products, we will be happy to help.

Faulty goods will be replaced or credited in full within 28days of purchase. It’s imperative that you contact us within 28days as full refunds cannot be considered after this period.

Please keep original invoice and packaging. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is faulty please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.

Damaged or faulty goods will be credited in full including post and packaging.

Replacement and/or refunds are not available if the product is damaged or becomes faulty as a result of misuse, mishandling or the actions of any party other than Pedigreecattle.ie or our employees.
